A. Product Quality & Compliance

Q1: Are your products certified for safety?

✅ Yes! All products meet international standards:

  • Chargers/Power Banks: CE/FCC/RoHS/PSE 

  • Data Cables: USB-IF certification (for USB-C/MFI for Lightning)

  • Bluetooth Earphones: BQB, FCC ID
     


Q2: How do you ensure compatibility?

We provide:

  • Data Cables: Exact device lists  - The detail of the product information will show the detail or send us the model no# for verify 

  • Chargers: Auto-voltage (100-240V) + PD 3.0/QC 4.0 protocols

  • Cases: 3D CAD models for precise fit (iPhone/Android models ,most of the marketing models ) 


B. Ordering & Logistics

Q3: What is your MOQ?

  • Standard items: 100pcs ~ 500 pcs per SKU

  • Mix & Match:  Accpet total across different items (e.g. 100 cables + 200 cases) combile shipment min.25KG for ecomoic shipping rate by express

Q4: Can I get samples before bulk order?

Yes! We offer:

  • Paid samples: Shipped in 24hrs (cost refunded on bulk order)

  • Free samples: For orders >5,000 pcs (customer pays freight),the sample cost can be reducte first Mass order amounts

Q6: Do you handle customs clearance?

C. Payment & Warranty

Q7: What payment terms do you accept?

  • New clients: 30% T/T deposit + 70% before shipment via T/T 

  • Verified clients: LC, PayPal, Western Union,T/T

Q8: What if products are defective?

Our 24-month warranty covers:

  • Free replacement: For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items

  • Pro-rata repair: For malfunctions within warranty period
    ⚠️ Claim process: Send video of issue → We ship replacements within 48hrs

Q9: Can I use my own logo/design?

Absolutely! We support:

  • Logo printing: Laser engraving/silk screening (MOQ 200 pcs)

Q10: How long for custom samples?

  • Standard customization: 7-10 days

  • New mold development: 15-25 days (50% mold fee refunded on order >10,000 pcs)


E. Technical Support

Q11: Why does my charger get warm?

Normal during fast charging (GaN chargers run 40% cooler). Ensure:

  • Use original cables

  • Avoid covering vents

  • Ambient temperature <40°C

Q12: How to maintain Bluetooth earphones?

  • Battery lifespan: Drain to 0% once monthly

  • Water resistance: IPX7 = 30 mins in 1m water (not for hot water/sauna)
